Registration Information:

 

 

To register, log into Careers2Geaux, select the "Fall 2013 Career Expo Week Events is currently active" link on the right side of the welcome screen, and complete the registration form.

If you do not already have a Careers2Geaux account, go to our public events calendar and click the "Participant Registration" link for the Fall 2013 Career Expo Week Events. On the following page, click the "Proceed to Registration Form" link under "new participants".

 

Refund Policy:

Refunds will not be awarded.  Once you register for an event, you are required to pay regardless if you cancel your registration.

 

 

Fee Structure:

 

Early Bird Registration (before July 16)  

Attending either Expo Day 1 or Expo Day 2:

Business = $500
Non-profit/ Grad School = $250
LSU System = $50

 

 

Attending both Expo Day 1 and Expo Day 2:

Business = $750
Non-profit/ Grad School = $375
LSU System = $75

 

 
Regular Registration (before or on August 16)  

Attending either Expo Day 1 or Expo Day 2:

Business = $575
Non-profit/ Grad School = $275
LSU System = $75
 

 

Attending both Expo Day 1 and Expo Day 2:

Business = $800
Non-profit/ Grad School = $400
LSU System = $100
 

 
Late Fee Registration (after August 16)  

Attending either Expo Day 1 or Expo Day 2:

Business = $625
Non-profit/ Grad School = $325
LSU System = $100
 

 

Attending both Expo Day 1 and Expo Day 2:

Business = $875
Non-profit/ Grad School = $450

Event Sponsorship:

 

Become an event sponsor for $1,000. You can sign-up to be an event sponsor during the registration process.**Deadline to be recognized as a sponsor in pre-expo print materials and advertisements is Friday, August 9, 2013.

 

Benefits of sponsorship:

 

  • Prime placement at both days of the event.

  • Name and/or logo included in ads run by Career Services during the two weeks before the event, on the event web pages for both the student and employer side, in Careers2Geaux, and in e-newsletters sent out to all students.

  • Recognition at the event by the speaker delivering the welcome address.

  • Name and/or logo highlighted on event signage and on the event handout.
